Drew Branch gets a series in the second quarter. Demons used a play with both Branch and Edmonds in the game. Branch overthrew Edmonds in the flat.
Branch goes back in after Edmonds scrambles for a first down. Edmonds showed great patience, waiting and waiting for a receiver to get open. Finally he tucks it away and runs for 11 to keep the drive going.
Lawrence scores on an 18-yard run with 10:34 to go. NSU up 21-6. Lawrence has 18 rushes for 107 yards and two TDs. That's his fourth career 100-yard game.
